Description/Blazon
A yellow circular insignia edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) gold brown border, the overall diameter 3 inches (7.62 cm), on which is a gold brown eagle in flight, garnished yellow, between two arced inscriptions "HANNA GOLDEN EAGLES" above,  and "BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS" below in gold brown letters 1/4 inch (.64 cm) in height.

Background
The shoulder sleeve insignia was authorized 27 December 1977.
