IAW AFI 36-2903, The Institute of Heraldry will convert and develop all organizational emblems to the Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP). Please contact your dedicated MAJCOM historian for the status of your unit's OCP conversion.
Non-unit organizational entities are authorized to develop a patch on their own as long as they are using the appropriate OCP colors (spicebrown, bagby green, olive drab and black) and a certified TIOH manufacturer.
