Description/Blazon

Azure, perched upon a globe Celeste outlined and grid-lined of the first, charged with the text “WORLDWIDE SERVICE” Argent, surmounting two laurel branches fructed Vert detailed Vert (dark green), an eagle displayed with wings inverted Proper holding a scroll in each of its talons Or inscribed “CUSTOMER FOCUSED” and “RESULTS ORIENTED” of the first.


Symbolism

Red, white, and blue are the national colors, the same colors depicted on the seal of The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Manpower and Reserve Affairs. The worldwide scope of the organization is emblematized by the globe, which is superimposed by the words “WORLDWIDE SERVICE,” further highlighting their mission. Flanking the globe on either side are branches of laurel, illustrating honor and achievement. Additionally, the globe is surmounted by an eagle in a watchful and vigilant stance. Grasped in each talon are two scrolls inscribed “CUSTOMER FOCUSED” and “RESULTS ORIENTED.”
