Description/Blazon
A circular insignia 3 inches (7.62 cm) in diameter overall consisting of a black disc edged with a 1/8 (.32 cm) black border, on which is a golden yellow diagonal band extending from the viewer's upper left to lower right inscribed "LGP" in black letters.

Background
The shoulder sleeve insignia was authorized 29 January 1976.
