A circular insignia 3 inches (7.62 cm) in diameter overall consisting of a orange disc edged with a 1/8 (.32 cm) orange border, on which is a white diagonal band extending from the viewer's upper left to lower right inscribed "NDH" in orange letters.

Background
The shoulder sleeve insignia was authorized 29 January 1976.
