Shoulder Sleeve Insignia

Description

A circular white insignia edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) green border, overall diameter 3 1/4 inches (8.26 cm) displaying a gold eagle poised in descent with wings elevated between the arched inscription "SUNY" above and "BROCKPORT" below in green letters 5/16 inch (.79 cm) in height.


Symbolism
Green and gold are the colors of the University.

Background

The shoulder sleeve insignia was originally authorized 17 May 1982, currently amended to update the manufacturing drawings on 20 May 2016. (TIOH Drawing Number A-10S-263)

Description

A gold color metal epoxied shield shaped device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall Blazoned as follows: Vert, an eagle Volant wings elevated Or. Attached below the shield a gold horizontal scroll inscribed "BROCKPORT" in green letters.
