Heraldry Multi

On a shield shaped embroidered item edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border, blazoned as follows: Per pale indented Tenné and Sable. Attached above the shield, an orange scroll edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border inscribed "GALLUP" in black. The overall dimensions are 3 1/4 inches (8.26 cm) in height by 3 inches (7.62 cm) in width.

The colors and the division of the shield suggest the strips of a tiger, which alludes to the school's mascot the Bengal tiger. 

The shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI) was authorized on 1 December 2017. (TIOH Drawing Number A-10J-1182)

On a shield shaped Silver metal and epoxied device 1 1/8 inch (2.86 cm) in height blazoned as follows: Vert, a Bengal tiger's face Proper. Attached below the shield, a Black scroll doubled Orange inscribed "FIERCE PERSISTENCE" in Silver.

Orange and black are the school colors. The Bengal tiger is the school's mascot. Additionally, the tiger represents the school's motto of "Fierce Persistence" through dedicated pursuit of knowledge and training.

The shoulder loop insignia (SLI) was authorized on 1 December 2017.
