Description

A green circular shaped embroidered item, surmounted on the upper right portion and throughout the item, a Green panther's head, in position, detailed and edged Black, below the panther's head the arched "PERRIS" in Black letters; all edged with a 1/4 inch (.64 cm) Black border. The overall dimensions are 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height by 3 3/8 inches (8.57 cm) in width.


Symbolism

Black and green are the school's colors. The panther is the school's mascot. Black shows strength and commitment. Green describes vigor. The panther embodies and reinforces all these traits and reflects the cadets' purpose to school, community and country.

Description

A silver color metal and epoxied circular device 1 3/16 (3.02 cm) in diameter consisting of a Green background bearing a shield edged Silver blazoned as follows; Vert, a torch surmounted on the holder with an open book Argent (Silver), all within a diminished bordure of the last; all within a circular bi-parted Black scroll, inscribed "PERRIS" on the viewer's left and "HIGH SCHOOLPARISH" on the viewer's right in blue letters.


Symbolism

Black and green are the school's colors.  Black shows strength and commitment. Green describes vigor. The shield symbolizes protection. The torch and book represent knowledge.
