On a brown embroidered disc the head of a brown Trojan facing right, face and helmet details all golden yellow; all within a golden yellow designation band edged with an 1/8 inch (.32 cm) brown border and inscribed "MILILANI HIGH SCHOOL" above and "TROJANS" below, all in brown. Overall diameter is 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm).

Brown and gold are the school colors. Brown denotes the Mililani landscape and gold symbolizes brilliant sunshine. The Trojan Battalion embodies the warrior spirit of the school's mascot.

The shoulder sleeve insignia was authorized 16 November 2018. (TIOH Drawing Number A-10J-1240)

On a shield shaped gold metal and epoxied device 1 1/4 inches (3.18 cm) in height blazoned as follows: Brün, a sword bendwise point up Or, between a representation of the Hawaiian islands Vert and a Trojans head facing sinister of the second. Attached beneath the shield, a green scroll inscribed "MAKE IT HAPPEN" in gold.
