Shoulder Sleeve Insignia


Description/Blazon
On a shield-shaped, embroidered device 3 1/8 inches (7.94 cm) in height and 3 inches (7.62 cm) in width blazoned: "Quarterly Or and Argent, the head of a panther reversed Proper, langued and detailed Silver Gray". Attached above the shield a White scroll arced at the top and bottom and inscribed "LIBERTY COUNTY" in Black letters and edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) Black border.

Symbolism
White, black and gold are the school colors. The panther is the school mascot.

Background
The shoulder sleeve insignia was approved 27 on July 2004.




Shoulder Loop Insignia


Description/Blazon
A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in width and 1 inch (2.54 cm) in height overall consisting of a black panther standing over three mountain shapes also black. Attached in base, a black scroll inscribed "PANTHERS" in base metal letters.

Symbolism
Gold and black are the school colors. The panther is the school mascot.

Background
The shoulder loop insignia was approved on 27 July 2004.
