A Blue vertical oval edged with a 1/16 inch (.16 cm) White border surrounded by a Blue oval scroll edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) White border and inscribed "SOUTHEAST BULLOCH" at the top in Yellow letters. Overall a Black eagle with Yellow head and feet, tail White, perched on a shield in lower right blazoned: Paly of eight Argent and Gules, a chief Azure. The overall dimensions are 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height by 3 inches (7.62 cm) in width.
Blue and yellow are the school colors. The eagle represents honor and bravery, which is exemplified in the school's ROTC cadets. The shield represents patriotism and valor.
The shoulder sleeve insignia was approved 3 October 1995.
