Description/Blazon
A Blue vertical oval edged with a 1/16 inch (.16 cm) White border surrounded by a Blue oval scroll edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) White border and inscribed "SOUTHEAST BULLOCH" at the top in Yellow letters. Overall a Black eagle with Yellow head and feet, tail White, perched on a shield in lower right blazoned: Paly of eight Argent and Gules, a chief Azure. The overall dimensions are 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height by 3 inches (7.62 cm) in width.

Symbolism
Blue and yellow are the school colors. The eagle represents honor and bravery, which is exemplified in the school's ROTC cadets. The shield represents patriotism and valor.

Description/Blazon
A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height consisting of a white scroll inscribed on its lower edge "LEADERSHIP" in gold letters and bearing a blue torch flamant red above and between two gold olive branches all between two gold columns supporting a blue scroll inscribed "SOUTHEAST BULLOCH" in gold letters with the ends of the scroll entwining the columns.

Symbolism
Blue and yellow (gold) are the school colors. The columns denote the school as an institution of learning. The torch of knowledge on a scroll reflects the school's state and national awards of excellence. The olive branches symbolize the cadet's dedication to school, community, and country.
