Shoulder Sleeve Insignia


Description/Blazon
An oval shaped white embroidered device with a devil's head facing forward inscribed at the top "STATESBORO" and the bottom "BLUE DEVILS" in navy blue letters 5/16 inch (.79 cm) in height, all within a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) navy blue border. The overall dimensions are 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height and 3 inches (7.62 cm) width.

Symbolism
The school colors are navy blue and white. The Blue Devil is the school mascot. (TIOH Drawing Number A-10J-874)

The shoulder sleeve insignia was authorized 14 November 2008.

Description/Blazon
On a silver color metal and white enamel shield shaped device 1 1/8 inches (3.18 cm) in height and 1 inch (2.54 cm) in width charged with a navy blue devil courant sinister, in his dexter hand a pitchfork, above flames emitting from base the same. Attached above the shield, a navy blue scroll inscribed "BLUE DEVILS" in base metal letters. Attached below the shield, a navy blue scroll inscribed "DON'T QUIT" in base metal letters.

Symbolism
The school colors are navy blue and white. The Blue Devil is the school mascot.
