Description/Blazon
A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height blazoned as follows:  Gules, a cannon barrel and key per saltire muzzle and ward up, surmounted by a ship's wheel Or, overall a short sword blade Silver Gray handled Sable.  Attached to chief on an arched and rayed background a covered wagon unhitched of the second.  Attached to base a Black motto scroll inscribed "SUSCIPIO VICTORIA" in Gold letters.

Symbolism
Buff and scarlet are the colors of the Support branch.  The key, cannon and ship's wheel reflect the ties to the Logistics Corps.  The sword overall symbolizes the support to the Combat Arms and in chief the covered wagon over the rising sun invokes the wagon master heritage and traditions of the Quartermaster Corps, providing the war fighter with sustained delivery.  The motto translates to "Supporting Victory."

The distinctive unit insignia was approved on 30 November 2010. The insignia was redesignated for the 625 Military Police Battalion on 20 May 2022.

That for the regiments and separate battalions of the Utah Army National Guard:  From a wreath Argent and Gules, a beehive beset with seven bees, all Proper. SUSCIPIO VICTORIA (Supporting Victory).
