A circular insignia with an 1/8 inch (.32 cm) gold border, the overall diameter 3 inches (7.62 cm) on a black inner disc edged with a 1/16 inch (.16 cm) gold border, a globe with gold rim and grid lines surmounted by a gold torch delineated black; on a black encircling band the inscription "BRYANT" above and "COLLEGE" below in gold letters, 5/16 inch (.79 cm) in height.
Black and gold are the colors of the College. The globe and the torch are taken from the college's seal. The globe depicts the worldwide implications of education for business in twentieth century America. The torch alludes to liberty, the spirit of free inquiry, academic freedom and learning.
