A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in width overall consisting of a gold castle tower issuing from a blue barrulet resting on a buff field in base; overall and below an arc of four blue stars, a black bull facing dexter with an aggressive stance with horns down. Around the side and bottom a red tripartite scroll inscribed with "SUSTAIN" "THE" "ATTACK" in gold letters.
Buff and scarlet are the colors associated with US Army Sustainment organizations. Gold is the color of excellence and the blue reflects the unit's Quartermaster history. The bull, a very powerful and determined beast that won't back down, underscores the unit's motto of "Sustain The Attack." The castle tower commemorates the organization's campaign participation credit for World War II service in Central Europe. The stars represent the following four elements of the unit's mission: plan, prepare, execute and assess sustainment operations within a Division, Corps or Theater of Operations.
The distinctive unit insignia was approved effective 16 September 2010.
