The four points to the polestar further signify the four components of the Army: Active, Guard, Reserves, and Civilian. The globe suggests HRCs worldwide mission to support the soldier. The red arrows indicate the information, resources, and programs developed and maintained by the command in order to optimize Total Force personnel readiness and strengthen an agile and adaptive Army. The spearstands as a symbol of soldier readiness in support of the Armys mission.
