Shoulder Sleeve Insignia

Description
 On a red disc edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) white border, 3 inches (7.62 cm) in diameter overall, a blue demi-eagle displayed head and wing highlighted white, between the inscription LIBERTY arcing above and HIGH SCHOOL arcing on the eagle in white letters.       

Symbolism
Red, white and blue are the school colors and promote national pride.  The school mascot is the American bald eagle and represents the spirit of liberty, imitating the school name.

Background
The shoulder sleeve insignia was originally authorized 10 April 1997, and currently amended to update the manufacturing drawings, on 20 February 2015 (TIOH Drawing Number A-10J-548)

Description
A silver colored metal and enamel  device, 1 1/8 (2.86 cm) wide consisting of a red horizontal oval surmounted in base by a blue and silver bald eagle Volant affront above and between a red triparted scroll inscribed LIBERTY HIGH SCHOOL in silver letters.
