Shoulder Sleeve Insignia

Description
On a blue circular shaped embroidered item, edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) blue border a gold sunflower throughout, surmounted by a brown center, bearing a white capital letter L.  Overall diameter is 2 1/4 inches (5.72 cm).

Background
The shoulder sleeve insignia was originally authorized 7 September 1950, and currently amended to update the manufacturing drawing on 27 March 2015. (Drawing Number A-10J-1110)
