Shoulder Sleeve Insignia
On a shield shaped embroidered item 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height by 3 inches (7.62 cm) width blazoned as follows: Sable, a Wampus Cats head erased Or, detailed of the first, all within a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) Yellow border. Attached above the shield a Black scroll edge with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) Yellow border inscribed LEESVILLE in Yellow letters.
Black and yellow are the school colors. The Wampus Cat is the schools mascot.

Shoulder Loop Insignia
A Gold color metal and epoxied device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height, blazoned as follows: Sable, a Wampus Cat's head Or, between a laurel wreath of the last. Attached below the shield a Black scroll with the inscription WAMPUS CATS in Gold letters.
Black and yellow are the school colors. The Wampus Cat is the schools mascot, and the laurel wreath is an indicative of education and the pursuit of knowledge
