A green shield-shaped item with a green horizontal scroll attached above the shield all edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) yellow border, the overall dimensions 3 1/2 inches (8. 89 cm) in height and 2 1/4 (5.72 cm) in width; on the shield the central design motif from the seal in yellow, on the scroll the inscription SIENA in yellow letters 5/16 (.79 cm) in height.

The shoulder sleeve insignia was authorized 29 October 1980, currently amended to update the update the manufacturing drawings on 3 February 2016. (TIOH Drawing Number A-10S-253)

A gold color metal and epoxy device, 1 1/8 inch (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a green shield bearing the school seal in gold with a red chief charged with an artillery howitzer in gold.  Attached below the shield, a green scroll inscribed SEINA in gold letters.

The shoulder loop insignia was originally authorized 16 March 1953, currently amended to update the manufacturing drawings on 3 February 2016.
