Shoulder Sleeve Insignia

Description

On a shield-shaped embroidered item arched convexly at the top edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border, blazoned as follows: Gules, in front of two wolves silhouette Sable, a demi-wolf statant affront Argent, eyed and garnished Argent (Silver Gray), pupil of the eyes of the third, detailed of the second. Attached above the shield, a red scroll edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border inscribed WOLF PACK in white letters. The overall dimensions are 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height and 2 7/16 inches (6.19 cm) in width.


Symbolism

Red, black, and white are the school colors. The wolf is the schools mascot, symbolizing teamwork, loyalty, perseverance. The mascot also reflects the students dedication to school, community, and country. The highlighted wolf in the center suggests leadership, while all three wolves refer to a united Wolf Pack. The schools motto comes from Rudyard Kiplings The Law for the Wolves: The strength of the pack is the wolf, and the strength of the wolf is the pack.

Description

A Silver color metal and epoxied shield shaped device, 1 1/4 inches (3.18 cm) in height, blazoned as follows: Per bend sinister Argent and Sable, a Lamp of Knowledge Argent (Silver), enflamed Gules, and a howling wolf statant to sinister. Attached below the shield, a Red scroll inscribed SOUTH FORT MYERS in Silver.       


Symbolism
