Shoulder Sleeve Insignia

Description

On a brown embroidered disc the head of a brown Trojan facing right, face and helmet details all golden yellow; all within a golden yellow designation band edged with an 1/8 inch (.32 cm) brown border and inscribed MILILANI HIGH SCHOOL above and TROJANS below, all in brown. Overall diameter is 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm).


Symbolism

Brown and gold are the school colors. Brown denotes the Mililani landscape and gold symbolizes brilliant sunshine. The Trojan Battalion embodies the warrior spirit of the schools mascot.

Description

On a shield shaped gold metal and epoxied device 1 1/4 inches (3.18 cm) in height blazoned as follows: Brn, a sword bendwise point up Or, between a representation of the Hawaiian islands Vert and a Trojans head facing sinister of the second. Attached beneath the shield, a green scroll inscribed MAKE IT HAPPEN" in gold.


Symbolism

Brown and gold are the school colors. Brown represents the landscape of Mililani, Hawaii, and gold denotes the everlasting sunshine. The Trojan is the schools mascot and symbolizes the warrior spirit. The sword is a symbol of strength and is colored gold for excellence. The Hawaiian Islands are colored green to denote the youth and energy of the Trojan Battalion.
