On a red horizontal rectangular embroidered item, arcing convexly at the top, edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) white border, a dark red horizontal rectangle arcing convexly at the top, a demi-bulldog facing the viewer, with dark red details and collar, white spikes on collar, teeth, eyes and pupil of eyes, inscribed on the red portion, MARTINSVILLE arced at top and at base BULLDOGS, in white.  Overall dimensions 2 5/8 inches (6.67 cm) in height and 3-1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in width.

Red and white are the school colors. The bulldog symbolic of the cadets fidelity, strength and tenacity, is the mascot.
