Shoulder Sleeve Insignia

Blazon

On a shield shaped embroidered item edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) Ultramarine Blue border, blazoned as follows: Argent a Bull Shark naiant embowed to sinister Vert fimbriated and garnished Azure and detailed of the first. Attached above the shield, a White scroll edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) Blue border, inscribed “BULL SHARKS” in Green. Overall dimensions are 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height by 2 3/4 inches (6.96 cm) in width.


Symbolism

Royal blue and Kelly green are the school colors. Blue symbolizes the Gulf Coast beaches of Bonita Springs and green represents the lush plant life found native to the geographical region. The Bull shark is the school’s mascot and symbolizes forward momentum and aggressive pursuit of academic achievement.

The shoulder sleeve insignia was approved on 30 January 2019.

On a shield shaped silver metal and epoxied device 1 1/4 inches (3.18 cm) in height blazoned as follows: Argent (Silver) on a base wavy Azure a Bull shark naiant embowed to sinister Vert, a chief of five palm fronds of the last. Attached to the sides of the shield, a silver bi-partited scroll, inscribed “BONITA SPRINGS” in Green letters.
