Shoulder Sleeve Insignia
On a white disc edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) white border, the overall diameter 3 inches (7.62 cm) on which is a red shield bearing the upper torso of a Minuteman detailed gray, within an encircling blue band inscribed "COCOA BEACH" at the top and "MINUTEMEN" on the bottom in white letters 5/16 inch (.79 cm) inch in height.
The shoulder sleeve insignia authorized 21 January 1972 was cancelled. A new shoulder sleeve insignia was authorized 6 September 1974.
