An embroidered device consisting of a gray rectangle arched convexly at the top and bottom and edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border displaying the head and shoulders of a red devil wearing a red cape outlined in black. The devil's hair and beard are black with white highlights, the teeth and the areas of eyes are white. Attached above the rectangle, a white scroll edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border inscribed "WILLISTON." Attached below the rectangle, a white scroll edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border inscribed "RED DEVILS" below in black letters. The entire device is edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border. The overall dimensions are 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height and 2 1/2 inches (6.35 cm) in width.
Red, black, and white are the school colors. The red devil is the school's mascot and symbolizes strength, consistency, fierceness, readiness for battle, and the cadets' fierce winning spirit.
The shoulder sleeve insignia was approved 24 April 2007.
