Shoulder Sleeve Insignia
A disc 3 inches (7.62 cm) in diameter consisting of an inner light blue disc 1 1/2 inches (3.81 cm) bearing a light blue tiger's head affront detailed red and black within a 1/16 inch (.16 cm) black border. Around the disc a light blue band edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border, inscribed "CARVER HIGH SCHOOL" at top and "R.O.T.C." in base in red letters.
The shoulder sleeve insignia originally authorized 16 September 1968 was amended 16 January 1991, to add subdued colors and metric dimensions. (TIOH Drawing Number A-10J-144)
