Shoulder Sleeve Insignia


Description/Blazon
A disc 3 inches (7.62 cm) in diameter consisting of an inner orange disc 1 7/8 inches (4.76 cm) in diameter bearing a blue devil's head affront, eyes and mouth orange, within a 1/16 inch (.16 cm) blue border. Around the disc an orange band edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) blue border inscribed "COLUMBUS HIGH SCHOOL" at top and "R.O.T.C." in base in blue letters.

Background
The shoulder sleeve insignia was originally authorized on 13 June 1968 and amended on 16 January 1991, to add subdued colors and dimensions. (TIOH Drawing Number A-10J-799)
