A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height consisting of a shield blazoned: Azure a pall Or surmounted by a cougar face in trian aspect contourn Gold. Attached below the shield a Blue scroll turned Gold inscribed "CRISP COUNTY" in Gold letters, and surrounding Gold Cherokee Rose flowers.
Ultramarine blue and gold are the school colors. The pall represents Cordele, the school's location and Regional Center of Commerce. The three blue sections symbolize the three goals of the educational process: scholarship, sportsmanship and citizenship. The cougar is the school mascot and signifies the unit's fierce pride and leadership. The Cherokee Roses are the state flower of Georgia.
The shoulder loop insignia was approved on 30 May 1997.
