Shoulder Sleeve Insignia
On a blue disc 3 inches (7.62 cm) in diameter overall, within a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) blue border, a gold vertical band bearing a blue feather between four gold letters "D.V." and "H.S." arranged horizontally.
The shoulder sleeve insignia originally authorized 18 December 1967, was amended 12 March 1991, to add subdued colors and metric dimensions. (TIOH Drawing Number A-10J-191)
