Description/Blazon
On a light blue shield-shaped insignia edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) scarlet border, the overall dimensions being 3 9/16 inches (9.05 cm) in height and 2 11/16 inches (6.83 cm) in width, a yellow demi-torch enflamed surmounted by a blue horizontal base, overall in base a white sailboat. Attached above the shield, a light blue arced scroll edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) scarlet border inscribed "CALLOWAY" in blue letters.

Background
The shoulder sleeve insignia was authorized 31 January 1989. (Manufacturing Drawing Number A-10J-122)
