Shoulder Sleeve Insignia


Description/Blazon
On a white disc 3 1/4 inches (8.26 cm) edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) blue border, a blue tiger paw between the inscription "LOWNDES" arched above and "COUNTY" below in blue letters.

Symbolism
Blue and white are the school colors. The tiger paw imprint suggests the mascot of the school.

Background
The shoulder sleeved insignia authorized on 2 November 1995 was cancelled. The new shoulder sleeve insignia was authorized 18 December 1995. (TIOH Drawing Number A-10J-419)
