On a green disk 3 1/4 inches (8.26 cm) in diameter, edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border, displaying Mount Katahdin (a mountain range in Northern Maine) in smoke gray and white with black silhouettes of evergreen trees. Arched at the top of the disk is the inscription "OLD TOWN" in white letters. Arched at the bottom of the disk is the inscription "INDIANS" also in white letters.
Green and white are the school's colors. Mount Katahdin (a mountain range in Northern Maine) is the school's mascot.
The shoulder sleeve insignia originally approved on 14 March 2005, was amended 21 May 2008, to remove the word "Indians."
