Shoulder Sleeve Insignia
Centered on a green oval with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) white border 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height and 2 1/2 inches (6.35 cm) in width overall, a white oval bearing a green silhouetted representation of the Daniel French statue of the Minuteman within the inscription "ATHOLTON" above and "HIGH SCHOOL" below in white letters 5/16 inch (.79 cm) in height.
Green and white are the school colors; the Minuteman is the school mascot.
The shoulder sleeve insignia was approved on 20 September 1985.
Shoulder Loop Insignia
A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned as follows: Vert, on a bend Argent bearing a flintlock Proper between a tri-cornered hat and powder horn and a plow, all Argent and attached below the shield a Silver scroll inscribed "ATHOLTON" in Black letters.
Green and white (silver) are the school colors. The plow is representative of the long history and tradition of agriculture in the community. The flintlock, tri-cornered hat and powder horn signify the military readiness of the unit.
The shoulder loop insignia was approved on 31 March 1986.
