Shoulder Sleeve Insignia


Description/Blazon
On a vertical, Red rectangle arched convexly at top and bottom, overall dimensions are 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height and 2 1/2 inches (6.35 cm) in width an insignia blazoned: Gules, a Native American's head in full feathered headdress facing sinister Argent shadowed and detailed of the first. Attached above the rectangle, a Red scroll inscribed "HIGH SCHOOL" in White letters and edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) White border. Attached below the rectangle, a Red scroll inscribed "OF COMMERCE" in White letters and edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) White border.

Symbolism
Red and white are the school colors. The rectangular shape of the insignia describes the four-way cooperation between the unit, the student body, the faculty and the community.

Background
The shoulder sleeve insignia was approved on 31 July 2001.




Shoulder Loop Insignia


Description/Blazon
A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Argent, the head of a Native American habited with a feather bonnet Gules detailed and garnished of the first. Attached below the shield a Scarlet scroll inscribed "RED RAIDERS" in Silver base metal letters.

Symbolism
Red and white are the school colors. The Indian Chief honors the traditions of the school and community.

Background
The shoulder loop insignia was approved on 31 July 2001.
