On a black oval embroidered device 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height and 3 inches (7.62 cm) in width overall with a 5/16 inch (.79 cm) scarlet border, a golden orange roaring tiger head with scarlet eyes, tongue and nose, detailed white with black stripes, emitting from behind the tiger at top, bottom, right and left, four outward-facing white arrows. All edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border. Attached below the oval, a white scroll edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border inscribed "OZARK" in scarlet letters.
Red, black and white are the school's colors. The tiger is the school mascot and symbolizes strength. The four arrows upon the annulet represent the school's motto, "Purpose Direction Motivation." The annulet is reminiscent of the "O" in "Ozark".
The shoulder sleeve insignia was approved on 17 December 2004.
