Shoulder Sleeve Insignia


Description/Blazon
On a Maroon shield shaped embroidered device 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height and 3 inches (7.62 cm) in width blazoned as follows: Maroon, a wavy plate charged with a stylized technical wedge of the first fimbriated Argent. Above the shield, a Maroon scroll inscribed with the designation "HUTCHINSON" 5/16 inch (.79 cm) in height all within a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) White border.

Symbolism
Maroon and white are the school colors. The "T" square or technical wedge is representative of the school.

Background
The shoulder sleeve insignia was approved 14 September 2006.




Shoulder Loop Insignia


Description/Blazon
A silver color metal device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height within a shield shaped scroll maroon inscribed "SKILL KNOWLEDGE POWER" to base and "HUTCH TECH" to chief in base metal letters, an escutcheon maroon describing a micro-chip design with a Tau symbol and bordered base metal.

Symbolism
Maroon and white are the school colors. The "T" patterned technical electronic board is representative of the school.
