Shoulder Sleeve Insignia
On a white six equal sided vertical polygon edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) blue border a white vertical parallelogram couped at base and edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) blue border above the inscription "WEBSTER" in red letters; overall a white Native American head with braided hair detailed blue and dressed with a blue vertical feather garnished white at its base. The overall dimensions are 3 7/16 inches (8.73 cm) in height by 2 1/2 inches (6.35 cm) in width.
Blue, white and red are the school colors. The Native American warrior reflects the cadets' fighting spirit against life's encumbrances.
The shoulder sleeve insignia was approved 29 October 1998.
