Shoulder Sleeve Insignia


Description/Blazon
On a shield-shaped embroidered device, 3 inches (7.62 cm) in width by 2 3/4 inches (6.99 cm) in height blazoned: Gules, a horse head to sinister Sable, bordered and detailed Argent. Arched to base, a scroll of the last inscribed "MUSTANG HS" in Black letters, all within a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) border of the second.

Symbolism
Red, white and black are the school colors. The Bronco is the school's mascot, which represents an independent and determined attitude in the cadets. The shield shape signifies a guarding of the traditions of the school and community.

Background
The shoulder sleeve insignia was approved on 15 November 2005.
