Description/Blazon
An embroidered device consisting of a gray circular shape edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border, displaying a stylized letter "T" designed from trapezoids and triangles in black and white. Arched above the letter "T", is the inscription "TULSA" in black letters. Arched below the letter "T", is the inscription "TITANS" in black letters. The overall diameter is 3 inches (7.62 cm).

Symbolism
Black and silver are the school colors.

Background
The shoulder sleeve insignia was approved on 9 December 2005.
