Description/Blazon
On a yellow shield within a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) blue border, a blue diagonal band on which is a yellow saber. Attached above the shield is a yellow scroll edged blue and inscribed "EASTWOOD" in blue letters. The overall dimensions are 4 inches (10.16 cm) in height and 3 inches (7.62 cm) in width.

Background
The shoulder sleeve insignia was authorized 24 September 1971.
