Shoulder Sleeve Insignia


Description/Blazon
A circular insignia 3 inches (7.62 cm) in diameter overall consisting of a blue turquoise disc edged with a 1/8 (.32 cm) blue turquoise border, on which is a white diagonal band extending from the viewer's upper left to lower right inscribed "FDR" in blue turquoise letters.

Background
The shoulder sleeve insignia was authorized 1 April 1976.
