Shoulder Sleeve Insignia
A circular insignia 3 inches (7.62 cm) in diameter overall consisting of a medium blue disc edged with a 1/8 (.32 cm) medium blue border, on which is a red diagonal band extending from the viewer's upper left to lower right inscribed "TJH" in medium blue letters.
The shoulder sleeve insignia was authorized 29 January 1976.
