Description/Blazon
On a gold horizontal rectangle arced convexly at top and bottom, edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) blue border, the stylized head of a hawk in blue and gold. Attached above the hawks head, a blue designation scroll inscribed "GRETNA" in gold letters. Attached below the hawks head, a blue designation scroll inscribed "HAWKS" in gold letters. The overall dimensions are 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in width and 3 inches (7.62 cm) in height.

Symbolism
Blue and gold are the school's colors. The hawk is the school's mascot.

The shoulder sleeve insignia was approved on 5 January 2006.

Blazon

On a shield shaped gold metal and epoxied device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height blazoned as follows: Azure, a chevron enhance Argent overall a hawk displayed wings extended Or, throughout; the shield and tips of the hawk’s wings surmounting a curving bi-parted Gold scroll inscribed at the top “HAWKS” and “STAY STRONG” at base, all in Blue letters.


Symbolism

Blue, white and gold are the school colors. Blue represents youth and gold denotes excellence. The white chevron suggests momentum and a pathway to a successful beginning. The hawk is the school’s mascot, symbolizing intuition, as well as a higher vision.
