Shoulder Sleeve Insignia


Description/Blazon
A white disc edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) scarlet border, the overall diameter 3 inches (7.62 cm) centered thereon a yellow torch enflamed, outlined and detailed black, the handle of the torch surmounted by a scarlet scroll inscribed "HARPER" in white letters 5/16 inch (.79 cm) in height.

Background
The shoulder sleeve insignia was authorized 1 December 1972.
