Description/Blazon
An irregular hexagonal shape 3 inches (7.62 cm) in height and 2 13/16 inches (7.14 cm) in width, at its widest point consisting of a black background edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) orange border, on which is an orange stylized "H" following the configuration of the outer edges.
