Shoulder Sleeve Insignia
On a gray vertical rectangle arched convexly at top and bottom a white Scotsman in traditional dress in stride, shouldering black bag pipes bendwise. Attached above a red scroll inscribed "SCOTLAND" in white letters. Attached below a red scroll inscribed "HIGH SCHOOL" in white letter and all within a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) border black border. The overall dimensions are 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height by 2 9/16 inches (6.51 cm) in width.
The school colors are red, white, blue and gold. The representation of the Scotsman is the school's mascot and reflects the school's name and signifies the school's association with the region's Scottish heritage and tradition.

Shoulder Loop Insignia
A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/4 inches (3.18 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Or, a fillet cross Gules, the dexter bar enhanced to chief between an atomic symbol Gold enfiled by a torch Azure garnished Red enflamed of the last, a scale Blue and an outline winged foot of the field. Attached above the shield a Blue scroll inscribed "SCOTLAND" in Gold letters and attached below a Blue scroll inscribed "FIGHTING SCOTS" in Gold letters.
The torch reflects the cadets' desire for scholastic knowledge. The nuclear rings represent the school's quest to advance and improve in all fields of instruction. The scales stand for justice and equality. The winged foot symbolizes athletics and physical fitness of the students.
