A shield-shaped emblem 3 1/4 inches (8.26 cm) in height by 2 1/2 inches (6.35 cm) in width overall, blazoned: Gules, two bars bretessed Argent, overall a mounted knight traversed charging upon a horse harnessed and with trappings Sable, all within a diminished bordure of the last. Attached to chief a Red scroll inscribed "HARKER" in Black letters and edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) Black border. Attached to base a Red scroll inscribed "HEIGHTS" in Black letters and edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) Black border.
Red, white and black are the school colors. The embattled counter embattled background refers to the curriculum the school offers its students. The mascot is a knight, depicted here on the horseback charging and describes the students' commitment to the school community.
