On a scarlet disc edged with a 1/16 inch (.16 cm) white border; the overall diameter 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm), a white bulldog's head affront erased at collar wearing a black collar with white spikes, pupil, nose, detail of the mouth all black, white teeth and scarlet tongue; all encircled by a black designation band edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) white border inscribed "HICKMAN COUNTY" at the top and "BULLDOGS" at the bottom all in white letters.
Black and red are the school colors. The bulldog is the school's mascot which represents the fierce upholding of the school creed of Truth, Honor, and Loyalty. The eight spikes on the collar represent the eight schools in the Hickman County school district. This school was the first Hickman County High School.
