Shoulder Sleeve Insignia


Description/Blazon
On a light blue vertical rectangular shaped embroidered item arched at top and pointed in base edge with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) silver gray border, consisting of a white stylized sword outline black, light blue hand guard and blade, with silver gray details on right side of pommel, grip and blade.  Attached above a white scroll edge with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) silver gray border inscribed "COLLINS" in black letters.  Attached below a white scroll edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) silver gray border inscribed "TITANS" in black letters.  The overall dimensions are 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height and 2 13/32 inches (6.11 cm) in width.

Symbolism
Carolina blue, white and black are the school colors.  The Titan is the school's mascot.  The Titan sword is the school symbol for their mascot. The shield (shape of the item/patch) along with the sword represents the tools needed to carry out with dignity the school creed of Care, Honor, and Succeed.

Description/Blazon
A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 3/16 inches (3.02 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned:  Quarterly Celeste and Sable, in the first quarter a lamp of knowledge of the second, in the second a stylized sword of the first, garnished Argent (Silver Gray), in the third a dexter and sinister hand conjoined couped at wrist clasped, and in the fourth a compass rose, all of the last, detailed Sable.  Attached below the shield a Black tripartite scroll inscribed "COMPETENCE", "COMMITMENT", "COMPASSION" in Silver letters.

Symbolism
Carolina blue, white and black are the school colors.  The Titan is the school's mascot.  The lamp represents knowledge and the pursuit of academic excellence.  The Titan sword is the school symbol for their mascot.  The conjoined hands represent the teamwork of the students with their teachers, and with their local community.  The compass rose represents the guidance the faculty provides to the students in order for them to excel in their endeavors.  The school's intent and focus for the staff and students is centered on Competence, Compassion, and Commitment to Excellence.
